DICO is initiator and experienced contact partner for compliance experts in companies, associations, authorities and legal entities.
PROXORA is a long-time member in the German Institute for Compliance (DICO). The overarching network of the German compliance community plays a key role in the design of sustainable corporate governance, is actively involved in relevant legislative processes and contributes to the discussion about compliance issues among experts.
DICO members pursue the goal of promoting and further developing practice-related compliance management standards. We are glad to contribute to the working groups and the annual DICO Forum.

DICO working group business partner compliance
The working group develops assistance and standards to support DICO members in their work. The main points include the requirements for business partner due diligence, including classification according to business models and risk groups. Other topics are the handling of data sources, in consideration of data protection requirements and the criteria for implementing risk analyses.

DICO working group human rights in companies
The targets of the working group are the cross-industry exchange about current topics in the field of human rights, the transfer of knowledge from large companies to SMEs and the development of standards. Thereby, the components of a compliance management system on human rights, the integration of the human rights management into existing corporate processes for the utilization of synergies and ESG reporting are considered.
